Hi,I was woken earlyer with stomach pains which do appear to feel like period pains or cramp at the very bottom of my belly,the cramps are lasting about a minute and coming every 10 minutes or so,I also feel like I need to use the bathroom a lot but I feel constipated and I am getting some lower back ache during these cramp like pains I'm lay down and when I get up these pains seem to ease,I have lost no plug or my waters havnt broke what should I do?.

Okay so my mum and dad split up about 6 years ago. My dad lives 1hr and a half away with his girlfriend and their 1yr old i see my dad every other weekend and i hate it! The daytime is okay becuase i am at his work with him and we have a laugh but when we get back to his i dont know what to do, his gf doesnt speak to me and they both just leave me and go off for a talk , my bedroom is attached to the bathroom so i dont get much privacy i make up excuses like im tired and ive got a lot of homework (which i have got but tbh i dont normally do!) When i am in my room i feel like they think im being rude when im not! They never have the tv on unless my lil sis is watching it (the 1yr old) i have no friends round there and i dont really wanna make any cus there is no point. By law i have to see him and to be fair he is a good dad and i would hate not seeing him it is just so boring and his gf is so annoying please help :) xx

It's only when I'm alone, though. I'm 15 years old and I have to sleep with the light on, with a pillow over my head so I can't see my room. I always think something's watching me from my cupboard when the doors are slightly ajar, and when I'm in the bathroom I always think something's gonna be standing, waiting for me. I also get too afraid to flush the toilet encase I get chased by something. Is this weird?
