i work 16 hours a week my partner does not work we have kids and recently just moved into a 4 bedroom home the gas heating has been checked by an expert from pheonix gas and ther is no leaks in it we are paying 90 pounds a week yes 90 just to keep the kids warm plus thers nappies and food to pay for we just cannot afford to pay the rent any longer will the landlord evict us and if so what will happen to us in the housing situation.....plus the gas boiler has no certifacate with it and we have asked for it numerous times and are being told that we will get in due course.

My Cousin is moving to an apartment. He would really love a dog. Their apartment is 3 bedrooms and has a balcony. It is a decent size. They own the apartment so they don`t need permission. Shedding and drooling is not a problem. They are willing to walk the dog twice a day for 30-45 minutes each time. They want to get the dog involved in agility classes and will take the dog to obedience classes. My cousin and his girlfriend are planning on having a baby in the future, although this is more of a training and proper socialising thing one that is good with small kids. They want an easily trained dog breed. A dog breed that is not known for howling or yapping would be ideal. Any size. What would be a few good dog breeds? Thanks
