My neighbours cat is very fat, and he often enters the conservatory to eat my cats' food. I believe they are copying his greed themselves, and are now quite chubby. Another thing is that the neighbours cat appears to have a prosthetic eye, and i think he is a bad type that has been in trouble of some sort. My cats seem to expect 5 meals a day. Is that too many? I've never experienced a greedy cat before, the previous ones were females and were dainty eaters. ocimom - you want me to neuter them now myself? That would be a tough job for me to administer. they are both good looking chaps, any offspring would go to good homes. siobahn - thanks for warning me about skunks, I'd not thought of that risk. my wife would go nuts if it sprayed the clothes she dries in there.

Dwarf Orange Tree.......lack of fruit......? I have a Dwarf Orange tree, I've had it for about 6 or 7 years, up till 3 years ago it flowered profusely and also gave masses of fruit from spring through to autumn, it was kept outside all spring/summer/autumn only coming into the conservatory when the temperature dropped. For the last 3 years it has had no flowers or fruit, it is in full leaf, I cut back hard in the spring to a fresh leaf bud "I've done this every year I've had the bush". Any ideas as to why it has no flowers or fruit. I did leave it out one winter, but it recovered and came into leaf the next spring....but no fruit since. mickg

We have a conservatory that measures 3 metres by 4 metres. We want to put up curtains or maybe blinds but are aware that as soon as we drill any whole in the PVCu frame we invalidate the warranty.
