I'm designing a outift for Cruncyroll.com and I need to know how to convert my pic into PNG files PLEASE HELP!!! Afterwards how do you add transparent backgrounds?

I'm planning to get a sidekick soon, but I seriously have no idea which to get! I really want to get a slide because I might damage the LX/Gekko with the flippy thingy (XD) but I think it's sold out. As for Gekko, I was planning to design my own shell, but yet again, I do not know which sidekick I want more... Which one would you recommend? Which is better? Thanks!!! Or should I wait for the "Aspen" that is supposedly coming out?

i really really want to get a foot tattoo on my right foot. i only want a little one to go underneath my last 3 toes, however i cant think of a design.
