Sub floors are an issue for these floors, solid wood without a proprietary floor fitting system such as metal clips, must in floor fitters opinion be nailed down due to the movement that naturally occurs. The solid wood floors will expand and shrink so is best to be fitted by professionals. Wooden flooring is used both for home and business use, it is easy to clean and doesn't stain. Another type of wooden flooring is clip system flooring that are fitted by a metal clip system that holds the rows together, this allows the solid wooden flooring to be laid as a floating floor over concrete subfloors. If your thinking about a new wood floor, it's nice to know that wood floors are always the right choice, no matter what particular trend is currently fashionable in the world of interior design. After all, wood floors are designed by Mother Nature herself, making them timelessly beautiful.
I have a flat and its council so I cant move. Theres just something about it which dont feel right and it dont feel homely. Its giving me serious depression and ive lost my trueself living there. I hate the area so far from anyone I know. And I hate the fact its six floors up and the windows are high means my dog cant even look out the window. Anybody got any tips on how I can learn to love it and make it feel like home? I feels sp dark and misserable there that im feeling suicidal (wont kill myself just feel I want to) anyone else felt like this and got better? Thank you xx ok so i have been playing sims for about 2 hours and the pg up/pg dn thing wont work so i can go to different levels of my house, i have two floors and the house is build up all nice and cutee but when i try to get my sim to go up the stairs to her studie she like gets the top of the stairs then i cant see her and i have to click somewhere else to get her bakck down. do anyone know why this is and how i can fix it. thanks and pgup/pgdn is page up and page down if ya didnt know I bought a flat and noticed, before I bought it, that it had a wooden floor, breaching the terms of the lease. I bought it anyway (perhaps silly but I did) and now have a very aggressive neighbour downstairs who is upset about noise - airborne and acoustic. I have 3 options - (i) find out why he hates the world so much (unlikely to be successful), (ii) move (expensive) or (iii) lay carpet (not cheap but better than the alternatives) Laying carpet will most likely harm the resale rather than improve it so I want to keep the wood floors underneath. Can I do that? If so, can I just lay underlay and carpet or do I need to add many other soundproofing layers? Finally, does the type of carpet make a difference to soundproofing? I'm 13 and I have never made eye contact with someone. Not even my mom! I don't know what the problem is!! I might be in acting soon, and I know that's part of acting. It's just hard for me to make eye contact with someone. I try but I keep looking down at the floor or something else. :( Can you please help me?! I found a mobile phone on the floor a little while ago on a night out. No one rang it and the battery died the next day. I decided to sell it online as I had no idea who it belonged to, and when I approached a bouncer on the night he informed me that the staff would have just sold it on anyway. So I sent it off to a phone selling website, and they got back to me and said that it couldnt be sold there was an issue with it. I assumed it had been blocked by the owner, and thought nothing of it. I have just got a phone call from a police officer asking me to go into the station to talk about an incident with a mobile phone. Now Im worried the phone may have been reported stolen, and I dont want to get done for theft! Any advice?? Does anyone knows good bid directory providing quality SEO links based in UK? I would like to get some quality listings under Home improvement sites. |
