Tree surgery includes planting, pruning, structural support, the treatment of disease, insect, or abiotic disorders, lightning protection, tree removal, topping and reshaping trees, thinning, removal of dead wood, felling, pruning and stump removal, hedge trimming and crown reduction. It also can include planning, landscaping, consulting, report writing and even legal testimony.
I hired a man to landscape my garden he hasnt finished the job although i paid him in full (stupid of me iknow) I wrote to him and we had a meeting he promised to finish but he hasnt and he probly wont now. I have contract receipts etc to prove I paid him and photos work uncompleted. the small claim court is not suitable and my solicitor said to think hard about trying to sue him as mostly they just dont pay and nothing really can be done. i paid him 11k and he has done about 5k worth of work. I am at the end of my tether - please advise thanks I am in ireland by the way so would appreciate answers based on laws here thanks small claims court only goes after debts up to 2 or 3 k im not sure which. thank you so much everyone for you input I am getting lots of ideas. keep em coming thanks hey i have to do some research on different types of garden paths in horticulture/landscaping and i have to know the disadvantages and advantages of those garden paths so may some tell me names of different garden paths and their advantages and disadvantages please i would surely be much appreciated??? What is the percentage of gardening and landscaping genre magazine accounting for the total percentage of magazine sales? Help meeee please (: Recently, whilst splitting some atoms in my extensive grounds using my trusty cricket bat, I caught a proton at a funny angle and accidentally opened up a subspace rift in space-time. Not only that, but there was a leak of dark matter, which I am collecting in buckets and taking to the council tip (well, my manservant is). I am desperately worried that the local council might increase my tax banding, because the subspace anomaly might be considered as a landscaped garden feature, adding value to the property. Would Polyfilla do the trick, or should I go for the nuclear fusion option? Do you have any recommended garden websites? We have had a landscape gardener in, but as its a new house with a blank canvas... we could do with some ideas!? Does anyone knows good bid directory providing quality SEO links based in UK? I would like to get some quality listings under Home improvement sites. |
