I have heard that Laser Hair Removal can be done to help the skin condition Keratosis Pilaris as this is when the hair is clogged. Has anyone does this before and know that it does help?

We're moving house soon and the removal company says they're not allowed to disconnect our washing machine and dishwasher (presumably for insurance reasons) and we would have to get a Corgi-registered plumber in to do it. This sounds unnecessarily complicated and expensive, and I feel I ought to be able to do it myself. I can find very little advice online and most of it is for American plumbing (I'm in the UK) and I don't know if there's a difference between American and British machines. If i keep up to 50 sit ups every other day will i be able to lose my belly flab? bearing in mind that i am 34 with two children youngest being 6 and i have had my stomach blown up twice, once for gallbladder removal and another time for an ERCP, so my stomach has been stretched quite a bit. Or would i need to do more sit ups? My doctor offered me slimming tablets, even though i am not obese 5.5 and size 14/16. But i dont want to go that route.
