I used to love Ajax liquid window spray but it has long ago disappeared from the market. I need something that cleans as I wipe as there are some very large areas of glass.

I own a house in the UK which is worth roughly £220000. The problem is the double glazing on the front windows and bathroom window. The rubber between the panes of glass have sort of shrivelled up although no water at all can come through into the house. How many pounds would have to be knocked off the price to allow for this defect ?

I have a golf 2000, for some reason when i drive about 20-40mp/h i can hear a 'click' sound comming from the engine, i can only hear it when the window is open and sometimes is faint but if i stick my head out the window i can hear it and it sounds like its from the engine. Its as if you are banging your finger on a glass about 1 or 2ice a second. This sound is only heard after i accelerate for example, i accelerate then i let the car role and this sound comes inplace. I opend the bonet but i cannot see anything unusual, im new to cars so i dont know what i should do. Thanks 4 any help.
